The arched backs
of two black cats
quarreling on a sill
seemed to the girl
swinging on the chair
a couple of small hills.
Behind those mounds
the distant sun
was falling down to sleep.
Instead the rain
which blurred her eyes
was nothing else than weep.

I like the metaphor of the cats being hills and the sun setting behind them. The tension in the cats brings forth a sort of tension in the poem. However, one small mistake I think you made, second stanza, second to last line instead of who, I think you mean "which blurred her eyes." Anywho, beautiful writing as always~
